I really enjoyed today workout video. Was able to do during lunch break. Was not able to do Wednesday challenge in the office with people watching.

That was an amazing little work out! I'm really surprised how it got my heart pumping. It will be a great workout for people like me that sit all day at the computer!

I've never tried chair aerobics. It always seemed like a cop out -- but that was AWESOME!!! I did it here at my desk at work, didn't have to change into other shoes or anything (just took off my jacket). Got my heart rate up a bit and I FEEL it in my quads (which apparently means that I have weak quads?)

Plus it was fun :)

FOR SHARING THIS 7 MINUTE EXERCISE WITH ME.
THIS WAS SOMETHING I WAS ABLE TO DO. HAVING ARTHRITIS ALL OVER IT HARD TO DO MANY EXERCISES.

Today's challenge is "Chair Aerobics Workout with Paul Eugene". It is a youtube video...FANTASTIC ENTHUSIASM!!! The workout is only 7 minutes long...we can all do 7 minutes! Right!!?? If you want to do it several times throughout the day... GO FOR IT!!!
