I'm feeling stupid right now. Thought these things were more like squats like I do in my kickboxing class. I got in a great leg workout today.

Good thing I looked at YouTube tonight. I can't view it at work. (Computer security). Oh well, I figure I will have a tough time getting up and down tomorrow with all those squats. LOL

I'm ready for the 100 squat challenge when you bring that one on! LOL!!

Done! 5 sets of 20 throughout the day. I also added the Bent Over Rowing with bands that was suggested on my start page. Got my 5000+ steps too!

Yes, bend your knees. Just like squats, but you step out to the side then squat down.

Just did 25 each side.

Is this 100 on each side or 100 total?

Looking forward to another GREAT day!!! I hope your week has started off great!

Today's challenge will be SIDE LUNGES with WINDMILL ARMS!!!

Here's a link on how to do them with proper form! Your challenge today is to complete 100 of these throughout the day...in any increments you want...as long as you do 100! You can even do these at work...in the kitchen...in the bathroom...anywhere!

emoticon Stand with legs wide, arms straight out to the sides and parallel to the floor. Bend the right knee into a side lunge and bring the left arm down towards the foot. Come back up, rotating the arms, and lunge to the left, bringing the right arm down towards the foot. Continue lunging side to side (your arms will move like a windmill). The faster you go and the lower you lunge, the harder it is.
