Wk 4: 182.4 (didn't lose much but boy do I feel great!) It's amazing the energy I am feeling since I started these challanges. Thanks again team leader.
Wk 5: 180.8 (1.6 LBS. this week woohoo!) Considering I only worked out 1 day due to spraining neck and left arm at work I am excited that it is still going down.

20 pounds GONE by 2010

Here are my stats:

Starting weight (as of Sept. 19) 184
Wk 1: 184 same as last week
Wk 2: 183.5 1/2 pound
Wk 3: 181 2.5 pounds
Wk 4: 181 same as last week, will work harder this week 180.5 1/2 pound not much, put a step in the right direction.
Wk 5: 179 1.5 pounds, yea
