emoticon down 4 oz., not much but I will take it. Atleast it is the step in the right direction. It's amazing the difference that working out does. I have not been able to work out because I sprained my neck and left arm at work and now I am barely losing. Goes to show that the key to losing is not only healthy choices when eating but working out is a must.

I now weigh 182 lbs. emoticon I will also have to shop for new work pants soon since the size 14 I am wearing today are to big on me.

I missed two weeks of weigh-ins since I had no car to go to Jenny Craig-I was there on Monday and my weight was 280. Hopefully with my car being fixed and my husband being able to work again I can get back on track.
