Coach Nicole is a masochist! I will be going to Curves today BUTT(pun intended), I will incorporate these exercises in my cool down. I don't plan to do near as many reps or as high of an intensity BUTT it's a great start!

emoticon Today is Tuesday...time to get started on some workouts!!! I am not one for squats and lunges since I had an injury to both quadriceps ~ and I am currently trying to get back into doing them...so, this exercise is just fitting for those of us that want the same effect, but do not like or are unable to do squats and lunges...
