For Flour Robin Hood has a all purpose gluten free flour blend made with different flours & xanthan gum that you can use as is in regular recipes or gluten free recipes without having to add any gum products. It comes in a 2 pound bag for $7.00 and available at all regular grocery stores.

I know we shouldn't be eating that many treats and desserts, but sometimes you need something sweet. Sometimes you need to bring something to a potluck, so why not bring a dessert that you can share AND also enjoy? Here are some of my go-to treats.

First of all, my favorite flour blend comes from Gluten Free Girl and The Chef. For the most part, I've found this blend to be a great all-purpose flour that has worked in all my baked goods, even my great grandmother's Devil's Food Cake recipe. Yum!
