I use bands too for my shoulders and also for my back. Sit on the floor and bend your knees.
Wrap a band around the knees. Pull in your stomach and hold. Then try to press your knees together but not touching and then apart but not too far apart. This helps the back.

Lean against the wall and put one foot forward and bend while the other is stretched back before yu do exercises to loosen muscles.

Get on your bike if you have one. Buy some weights. I am sure Target has them. Start small.

Now that the weather is warmer and being co-operative I'm walking to and from work in the mornings and during my 15 minute 3:00 break.
I use the bands on the bedpost in the mornings doing 30 These work my upper body and more specifically my back. It's helping to strengthen the muscles along either side of my spine.

TODAY Is MY tomorrow. It's up to ME to shape it, To TAKE CONTROL and seize EVERY opportunity. The POWER is in the choices I make EVERY day. I eat well, I live well I SHAPE ME!

THE EMPOWERED LIFE. EXPECT IT . BELIEVE IT. RECEIVE IT.
The human will is the most incredible thing. It's what keeps us going when everyone else expects us to quit.

THIS MEANS WAR AGAINST FAT:
I'm too positive to be doubtful, too optimistic to be fearful, and too determined to be defeated.

Today was in the high 50 and I walked with dh. It was great to get outside walking again.
Then I washed sheets, changed beds, washed clothes, went to the bank to put money in checking account for bills and then we went out to eat. I am full of energy right now but need to slow down.
