I used to eat when I got up but lately it is around 9 am. I want to get stuff out of the way first and then be able to enjoy my breakfast. I usually go with oatmeal and nuts and then I start my exercise before lunch time comes. The usual is always there, the washing, the cleaning, and now feeding my wild rabbit who waits for me each morning.

Although we need the sleep because that is when our bodies rejuvenate our bodies also know when it is rested and it's had enough sleep.
Mine certainly does. It just automatically wakes up. It has its own built-in alarm clock and I do. I do wake up rested and alert with rebuilt energy. The only day I don't listen to that alarm clock is Saturdays. Oh, I still get up but I figure 5 am on a Saturday isn't necessary! LOL, So I go back and grab an hour If I don't sleep my body is in a resting state.
Then I get up and start my day. And believe me, Saturdays I'm ON THE MOVE!
Every day it's rise and shine, put the coffee on, look after the fur babies get ready for work, have coffee and check e-mails, Saturdays it just starts all a little later.
Breakfast my body lets me know Usually that's 8 am.

TODAY Is MY tomorrow. It's up to ME to shape it, To TAKE CONTROL and seize EVERY opportunity. The POWER is in the choices I make EVERY day. I eat well, I live well I SHAPE ME!

THE EMPOWERED LIFE. EXPECT IT . BELIEVE IT. RECEIVE IT.
The human will is the most incredible thing. It's what keeps us going when everyone else expects us to quit.

THIS MEANS WAR AGAINST FAT:
I'm too positive to be doubtful, too optimistic to be fearful, and too determined to be defeated.

When you get up in the morning I know there are days you want to just sleep. But sleeping is not helping your body get in trim. You need to start a program, a program either on here or with a group. Doing things with a group make it a lot easier as you talk to each other about how you got the way you are. How you became tired and stopped doing things you loved. How you wanted to just hang around and do nothing. How you became in a rut. Now is the time to take steps to a healthier you. Now is the time to start running, walking, or any time of exercises. Stop sitting at the computer all day long. It is not good for your back or you.

How many of us have awakened in the morning to the realization to the fact that our lives seem to be no longer working the way we have set them up. Sometimes this is due to a shift occurring inside ourselves over time, and sometimes it is part of the larger shift that is currently affecting all humanity. Change is happening at such an increased rate that it is difficult to predict what the future holds. As a result, many of the old ways of planning out life are no longer applicable, and if we cling to them we feel strangely out of sync with reality. If we are in tune with the energies around us, we will begin to question ideas that just a few years ago seemed sensible.

In the simplest terms, the shift we are undergoing right now has to do with recognizing ourselves as being more than human, remembering that our earthly aspects are a very small part of who we are. In truth, we are multidimensional beings. When we begin to realize this, the life we planned for a limited conception of ourselves no longer fits. We must meet the needs and qualifications not only of our bodies but also of our souls. This realization dawns slowly for some and with the suddenness of a bolt of lightning for others, and we all must find the way that works for us to integrate this new and larger sense of self into our life plan.

Sometimes a drastic change feels totally right, and overnight we might make drastic life-changing decisions and actually decide to sell our home and move to another country or quit our job and begin a second career. Other times, we allow the changes to proceed slowly, beginning perhaps with allowing ourselves to dream of a new life or just to ask the deeper questions that encourage us to discover our true purpose in life. Either way, know that this process is a natural sign of the growth we are all going through, and trust it to guide you to the life of your dreams.
