I start my morning with oatmeal and walnuts and cashews. Then I take a walk for l5 min and when I come back I start my daily chores. After lunch, which is our big meal, depending on what I want to cook, I have my second walk and about 6 another making 45 minutes. My lunch big meal is eaten in a small plate whereas before it was a large one. I will have a cup of coffee and a cookie. then I have to brush my teeth because I am apt to go for another cookie. I do not want to brush them again. Supper is probiotics yogurt and some carrots. I have gained 4 lbs. and having a problem trying to get the darn thing off. Depending on my time I do 40 min on my bike. Which reminds me I have to go do it now.

So who else is having problems? Any ideas you can give us?

My morning begins with a 16-ounce glass of Apple cider vinegar water and 3 sets of 15 bicep, 3 sets of 15 tri-cep exercise. Then I start my day of what needs to be taken care of before I head out the door on foot for my 15-minute walk to work.
Then I walk home at lunch and back to work after lunch and home again at das end.
Breakfast is my 12-ounce fruit and vegetable smoothie once I get to work.
Lunch more of the same.
Dinner is usually a salad and 4-6 ounces of meat. During the summer I do a lot of BBQing.
But even in doing that kind of program for myself I seem to be stuck.
I've even had a consultation with the dietary and my doctor and they don't understand it. I walked them through a typical day and their response "Gayle we don't know what to tell you. You're doing everything right.
But for myself maybe it's too much meat and red meat in particular.
Anyway, this next coming week while in New Brunswick for the week I'm completely free of all work cares and it's ME TIME! SO we're going to go on a revamp "retreat" and see if we can't kick this whatever it to the curb.
I'll be incognito for a week!

TODAY Is MY tomorrow. It's up to ME to shape it, To TAKE CONTROL and seize EVERY opportunity. The POWER is in the choices I make EVERY day. I eat well, I live well I SHAPE ME!

THE EMPOWERED LIFE. EXPECT IT . BELIEVE IT. RECEIVE IT.
The human will is the most incredible thing. It's what keeps us going when everyone else expects us to quit.

THIS MEANS WAR AGAINST FAT:
I'm too positive to be doubtful, too optimistic to be fearful, and too determined to be defeated.

There are so many books out there to lose weight. You go out and buy them all thinking they are going to help. The easiest way to lose weight is to push yourself away from the table. I went from a large plate to a small dish. I have a cup of coffee after my meal with one cookie. Why?
Because if I indulge in another I will not stop once my taste buds wake up. I walk every day twice and sometimes 3 times about l5 min each time and do my bike for 40 minutes. You just have to start somewhere before that weight will start to come off. Do you have your mind telling you to take more? Stop, go brush your teeth. If you are like me you will not want to eat again and have to go brush them a second time.
