I have my breakfast of Oatmeal, then my reg supper, which we have at lunch and at night toast and a banana, and still it is slow, unless I exercise more, which I can't do because of the spasms. Anyway, lost .2 today so I will take the little ones as they add up.

My thing isn't needing to eat less, I don't eat a whole lot which can also be a problem. If you don't eat enough and/or early on in the day then the body doesn't like it. So, I'm not trying to eat less, I'm just trying to eat at better times and healthier things.

I am losing a little, not great amounts but it is starting to add up. My problem is that I have to watch what I eat. I was good at the party and only put on .4. Today, I lost..2, so it is slow but as long as I am losing. Because I had to cut down my exercise on bike and weight because of spasms and arms and shoulders hurting, I am taking longer to lose. Exercise and eating less is the key. Dot is doing good. She lost 5 lbs. and not with too much exercise. She said eating less helps.

I am over 200 lbs, so I'd have to lose a lot to get to 120. I'd like to even see 150, that would be nice.

I was 5 2 but now 5 feet as you shrink with age. I think I should be l27, but I will settle for l35. It is only 8 lbs.

I haven't even figured out a final goal. It was a problem I had in weight watchers because the first goals were easy. 20% lost, fine. But I'm short. They go by that height, age, gender chart for suggesting final goals, which means the recommendation for me was like 120. It was hard to image even.

So, I don't know what my final goal will be at this time, let alone what I'll do when making it to that weight.
