Having to finish this challenge motivated me to ride the trainer for 35 minutes to meet my 900 minute goal last night.

Now I will have to think of how I want to approach April. Was hoping to be riding some outside by now, but weather is NOT cooperating.

Cycling studio tonight was brutal with a lot of hill climbing.

3/27--60 mins, 805 total.

95 to go in 4 days. I think I can do it! Probably about 2 more rides.

In addition to biking, I also run/walk/jog (and kayak during warmer months). Part of my monthly cardio challenge, I will try to complete 250 biking miles by the end of March.

Another month, another challenge for me. Going to up my goal and see if I can match what I did for February. Goal is 900 minutes. Still going to stick with minutes for this month, although I can probably track miles now that my sensors/apps are working correctly.

Anyone care to join me? It helps keep me focused!
