We have to pick the boys up EARLY tomorrow morning and are planning a Wegmans shopping trip after YAY!! This trip will be filled with lots more fruit & veggies. I've noticed that we are sorely lacking around our place so this coming week my goal is to get my 5 freggies every day!!

Hello Tiff, I like how you have divided your weight accomplishments into percentages increments. I am new at this on SP. I am a long time dieter, but also have not achieved my goal. I am just starting over and trying again. Thanks so much for sharing this strategy.

This weekend I hope to finish all the week-ending classes and tracking for my Hogwart's challenge. Most has to be done by 2 pm today, Saturday, so I better get down to it. It involves chores among other things, and a soul searching blog-type write up on your true priorities in life and where you really want to be heading and steps you can make. Sounds fun. Will have to get busy!!!!

I'm hoping to change my level of determination. It's been a rough two weeks for the first time in years. I gained, lost and really gained. My goal is to stay strong and push through. Specifically that means NO bread, pasta, sugar, rice and plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.

Crystle - I like it, building on last weeks goal gives you a leg up!

This week I plan on maintaining breakfast at home, and I'm adding daily yoga. I haven't been working out at all so my plan is to ease myself back in.

This morning did find me at Tim Hortons, I had a terrible nights sleep, was awake all night with leg cramps, a sometimes side effect of my meds. I needed a big BIG coffee and skipped breakfast prep time for a few extra Zs. Monday will find me back at it though! The weekends aren't a problem for me. I think this habit will stick!

Now to start thinking about what I will change next week....

Ok, so I failed and was back at subway this morning but it is because my fridge is bare. I had to walk across the street and buy 2 cans of green beans for dinner last night. I will be out of town tonight immediately after work and all day tomorrow. I will go shopping when I get back!

So far so good this week! Had breakfast at home every day so far! This morning I did scrambled eggs with spinach, tomato, mushrooms and parsley, SO good I had a banana with it to 3 freggies already today!

I too will revert back to homemade breakfast. I have been stopping at subway for the egg white and cheese muffin. It is 140 calories a piece but if I have 2 of them it is also nearly $5 a day and I need to be saving $ for so many things. Back to my protein smoothies for breakfast. 5-10 grams of fiber depending on the berries I use, 2 servings of fruit, 1 dairy and 30 grams of protein. Better for me all around!

This week my change is having breakfast at home. Five days a week I've been hitting up Tim Horton's on the way to work. I was making a healthy choice there but could be doing better at home.

This change has lots of pay offs for me, the drive was a bit out of the way so I'll save on gas not to mention the $5 per day I was spending on breakfast. The calories will be about the same (I was getting an egg white panini on multigrain flatbread) But I'll be including fruits and veggies in my breakfast which I wasn't getting before.

Whether it's a big change like going vegan emoticon emoticon emoticon
