I am challenging myself and others to move on all of those days you have a legitimate reason not to move. Got a sinus infection, 10 minutes won't hurt. Have fibromyalgia or other pain disorder, move gently, move carefully and still find a way to move, perhaps twice for five minutes. That medication the doctor has you on for ..... or .... making you fell sick, try leg raises in your chair.

There are a bunch of reasons I am where I am with my wieght and strength. We can't let any of our very good reasons get us down anymore. We deserve to be a little stronger and a little thinner every week.
