I had to undergo a fitness assessment at my gym today, so I have my weight in hand (don't want to feed back into a scale addiction). I also have tonight's dinner cooked already and all my foods for the day tracked. I've got plans to go out tonight so won't eat again too. Therefore, I'll fill in this info now.

OK team, we thought we might do the month of May up Biggest Loser style. What that means to you is at the end of May whoever has lost the largest percentage of their starting weight gets a really special prize-your very own copy of "The Spark". BUT, as some of you may already have this book, there is a substitute which we won't reveal until we must!

There will also be a second chance to win with our Biggest Loser mini missions. Each week we will post a mini challenge-it could be about food or fitness or who knows what-you'll just have to wait and see! You'll collect what we'll call Live-it points (Live-it because we don't die-t) and whoever has the most points at the end will also win a special non-virtual real life prize.

So here is how this will work, Use the chart below and post your totals each week. Just copy it and paste it into your reply in the Pounds and Inches Forum on the main page. When the mini missions are posted it will tell you how to earn points-it's just a matter of tracking and then posting your points and weight at the end of each week.

Note: If you wish to track your percentage lost as you go, it's really simple. All you have to do is take your starting weight, subtract your current weight and divide the difference by your starting weight. For example, if your starting weight is 250 and you get down to 238...that's a difference of 12 pounds. If you divide that by 250 you get .048-move the deicimal two places and you'll see your percentage lost is 4.8%.

Feel free to post your starting weights ASAP so we know who is participating. Look for the first mini challenge on the main page and let's all aspire to be LOSERS!
