Ok, sorry Karine, I have been seriously distracted w/ the extreme makeover build a mile or so from my house! emoticon

1. Yes, 25 points per week for weighing in on time faithfully.
2. The challenge was a day longer last week, as I was trying to equal out the days in the week for the end of the month, and started it late due to the New Year Holiday.
3. Post your weight on the days listed on the template I put in the original post.
4. To answer your sparkmail about a spread sheet. I usally just go back to each weeks challenge in the forum and check everyones points that way.
I do not have a spread sheet that I use, but if you want to design one for me, that would be sweet! emoticon

Let me know if this does not clear everything up for you!
(Or if it makes it clear as mud, as my old Pastor would saY!

QUESTION
Do we only get 25 points per week for posting our weight? Does the challenge go from Monday to Monday or Monday to Sunday? If Monday to Monday, does that mean week 2 starts on Tuesday? Also, when do we post our weight on Monday or Tuesday?

Can you please clarify this question for me?

Monday - 1 Video (I thought i was well enough to join bootcamp, but after the Day 1 video i was in pain, in my incisions. I am taking the full 6 weeks off, so no more videos for me until February. Also, i read that i should stay away from abdominal exercises for 2-3 months.... i have to look for chair exercises. Cycling seems to be a no no still, at least until i ask my surgeon next week. I hate to walk in the cold...

Well, it’s a New Year and a Day for New Beginnings

Thus, the name of our January challenge.

With the Holidays behind us, and some of it still stuck with (on) us, how many of us are ready for a challenge?

The 1st thing I want us to do is go to the kitchen and either throw away or give away ALL the No~no’s that have migrated in there over the last week or so! I don’t need to list them, YOU know what they are. Don’t forget the frig as well!
Once you have done that, without taking even a nibble, give yourself 500 points!

POINTS EARNED: 500 points - gave away two bags of food to food pantry plus one bag of opened food to a friend from the pantry plus two bags of meat from the freezer!

Next, if you notice I posted a “let's track our weight for January“ chart on in our forum. Keep this updated, on time every week for an additional 25 points per week.
