I alway thought it was one tablespoon of flax seed meal each day.

What book (and page number) did you see that in or where did you see that?

I have the original book and it says 1 tablespoon per day and there's no notation about avoiding it if overweight.

Why does the 6 week plan say no ground flax for overweight persons?
