Well, I am down to 210 lbs so I think I am doing well. My last TOPS weigh in was I think 223 lbs. It helps that I have not been going out to restaurants to eat during this pandemic.

I may not reach my weight lost goal this month. I had a very stressful week and a half and gained 6 pounds during that period. On the 16th, I decided to lose it back. Doing good so far and don't have much to lose to be caught up in losing my gained weight. However, I'm .3 pounds under from April 30th. So I'm keeping hard at it to have a nicer loss at the end of the month. This is so important to me as my knees hurt real bad!

Baby steps = Big results
Healthy eating only - NO DIET

I would like to maintain where I am in May and not loose any strength since my gym is closed.

By May 31,2020, I want to weigh no more than 205 pounds.
Cut down on sweets - no more than 2 a day
Not be over my calorie range every day
Drink no less that 48 oz of water daily
