I derailed also right down a hill but I'm hoping to do much better. I ate a few things today I shouldn't,t but this is it none of those things for a long time like chips I can't leave em a lone so won't buy em emoticon emoticon emoticon Good bye all these foods

I for one need to get back on track in 2018! I derailed over the holidays.

A good way to stay focused is to track your food and get in your daily water. So for the month of January the challenge will be to daily track your food intake and track the glasses of water that you consume. Sounds easy- let's do this!!
