We all know how hard it is this time of year to eat healthy and continue to find time to get in your exercise. So here is a fun challenge for you to take part in.

November 5 will be the starting week. The first week there will be 2 goals for you to do daily for 5 points for each for each day you complete the challenge. So the first week if you completed both goals each day that week you would have 70 points.

Each week in the month of November a new goal will be added- week 2 will have 3 daily goals. By the time we hit December we will have 5 daily goals to try and achieve. For the month of December we will just try and maintain the 5 daily goals.

Team Goodies will be awarded to those who participate.

Just copy and paste my start page each week- post your points on the points thread
