I suggest you get a starting weight for this challenge and weigh yourself once a week. You do not have to post your weight if you don’t want to. I suggest that you keep track of your weight somehow.

July 2017 Challenge

You can check in daily and there will be a point system with the top 3 points leaders for the week will receive a goodie and recognition on the team wall.

The point system will go as follows; 5 points for yes and a 0 for no.

I will set up a thread to keep track of your daily points and can total your points for each week. This will help with keeping track how everyone is doing.

I will also set up a thread for the July 2017 challenge chat. You can check in on this chat and let everyone know how you are doing: struggling, if you are having a bad or good day, if you have any tips to help us out, or just to give each other the support that we all can use.
