2. Did you eat a healthy breakfast? Yes
3. Did you drink at least 6-8 cups of water? yes
4. Did you get 15 minutes or more of daily exercise? yes
5. Did you eat only foods within your meal plan? no
6. Did you make some time for yourself? (30 minutes is good to relax, unwind, and de-stress). yes
7. Did you get 8 hours of sleep? no

Give yourself 5 points for each goal met.

First Challenge for 2017

Starting February 1st and ending April 30th

This challenge will challenge you to form better habits. While forming these habits you will find that you will feel better and improve your health and lose weight. I would suggest for your own reference that maybe you might like to start a journal either with a note book or just even a certain place on your computer so you can reference it when you would like to and be able to compare how you did from week to week and also with other challenges.
