well, Monday was a emoticon . got side tracked. put my efforts in different directions.
did get my exercise in (shoveled horse manure and dug ditches for the water in her pasture to drain. this took about 40 minutes to do. tried to make good choices with food. did really good until evening and had the munchies. ate too much for an evening snack.

1 already got 45 minutes of exercise from shoveling heavy, wet snow for 45 minutes.
2. desk top computer set up along with setting up my new fitbit zip tracker.
3. making better food choices and controlling evening snack.

Aims for 1/23/17

1. get 30 minutes of exercise
2. get desk top set up...this is a priority
3. make healthy food choices

my 3 for Sunday- exercise 30 minutes, track my food, clean

I did my 3's yesterday except I didn't track my dinner

emoticon really bombed it yesterday. didn't get nothing done from my list.

1. walk Panda
2. get some of the decorations down out side and changed up for valentines day
3. get back on track with my eating

I'm failing at my daily aims

did get the upstairs vacuumed and walk Panda, but...

well, today's aims are
1. walk Panda or get 30 minutes of exercise if it is raining.
2 get desk top computer set up
3. de-clutter kitchen

didn't get all 3 aims done yesterday. did get Panda out for a walk, got 2 of the 3 floors vacuumed, but bombed on the computer set up.

todays aims are
1 walk Panda
2 finish off what I didn't get done yesterday. (computer set up and vacuum upstairs)
3 work on getting the kitchen organized (this will take some time so it will be an ongoing aim for me)

For tomorrow: Use the cane a little more around the house (graduating from the walker); call a friend; do my exercises 3x instead of only 2x.
