Did a load of laundry and hung it outside on the clothesline. The body wasn't moving too quickly today. Hope tomorrow is better and I feel more energetic.

Lots of pain on my neck today but still I walked the dog for 1/2 hour and i am now going for hydro exercises emoticon

I got on Wii Fit yesterday and did 30 minutes of "cycling". I could have done more but was worried I'd be too sore to sleep well.
Today I'm not really too sore, but I'm SOOO tired. I'm resting this morning but will get on the Wii this afternoon.

Today I had some play time with my two grandchildren. Wasn't much more than playing the piano, with dolls, card game, Yahtzee, making lunch for them. Also up and down the basement stairs a few times today. Oh, and I have an overhead pulley system that I use for arm exercise and did that for four minutes. Also had to go up town to get something at the store so there was a little bit of walking.
See what I mean about being creative - you don't have to do the exercise all in a 30 minute interval each day. Just keep on moving!

Check in here to let us know what you did for exercise today. You can be creative - as long as you are moving, you are exercising (in my opinion anyway).
