This is a great way to look at your goal. You need to see that goal, but only look as far ahead as you can handle. If that is one hour, minute, day, etc. If you look at the fact that you need to lose so much weight, that may break you, but if you say, "I am going to lose one pound this week", that will make you work towards it, but not break your goal. Just make sure that the goal is attainable to YOU.

Personally, I am going to look at one day at a time. If I can get through the day eating only what is on my food plan for the day, then I will have attained my goal. How about you? What will your attainable goal be?
