My weigh-in last Thursday was 349.8 a 1.2 lb loss for the week. That is 11 pounds lost since the start of the Summer Challenge I am a part of. Don't think I will make my goal of 18 lbs altogether by the end of next two weeks. But--not sneezing at what I have lost.

The last few weeks have been really bad for me eating wise. I started eating a lot more fruits and veggies this week, so hopefully things will get better weight wise. I'm officially walking 2 mi every week day now. I changed my route to walk to and from work so that it gives me that extra three-tenths of a mile each way. I'm still working on trying to exercise 5 days a week. I've made it three days so far this week. I started a new challenge that really makes me want to exercise on it because I have other teammates who depend on me to do it. I can't wait to hear how you all are doing!

I forgot to weigh in Wednesday. This morning I was 144. So I lost .2 pounds. At least it was a loss but I'm so close to 143, it's driving me insane that it's taking me so long to get there!! That is my first big goal and I am definitely having to work to get to it! My goal is to be there by next week...1 lb in a week is definitely doable!

I was still at 180 last week. I'm hoping I'll be a little lower by Wednesday, but it'll be hard since I'm almost 3 lbs over that right now (since today is my official weigh in day). I'm going to try and get to 180 again by Wednesday. The walking has been so so. I think I'm going to try for 2 mi 5 days a week. That will be better for me because the weekends are really hard to get out and walk when my hubby works a lot of them and I have to take the kids along with me and they don't like the long walks.

This morning I was 144.2 at my weigh in, so I lost those extra pounds but it's a little frustrating knowing that if I hadn't gained those pounds but still lost the 2 pounds this week, I'd be below my pre-baby weight!! I hope to be there next week.

Just remember that muscle weighs more then fat. Since you lifted weights this week you probably gained the two lbs from muscle. We're hoping for a loss next week for you, though!

I didn't get to put my weigh in this Wednesday, so I'll do it now...I was 146. I am SO frustrated. I worked out harder last week than I ever have. I ran 13 miles for the week and also did weights each day and I gained weight. Ugh...I keep telling myself it's okay, it's not a set back, just keep moving forward. But, I was only 1 pound away from my prepregnancy weight and now I'm back to being 3 pounds away..grr!! :)

I didn't get on my computer yesterday, so I didn't get a chance to post my results. I have walked 2 miles or more for three days now. I have, also, exercised for at least 5 days this last week.
SW: 180.6
CW: 180.0
I lost the two lbs that I had gained over the weekend!!!

Great job AUDREY_BREIER on your 1.4lbs lost! I can relate to the getting down to your prepregnancy weight. That's what I'm working on now except it's from my son who is now 6 1/2 yrs old!! I'm already under my prepregnancy weight from my 2 yr old daughter, though!

AMMEWELLS, be sure and let us know what the scale says on Sunday. I can relate with the after 8 eating. There are a lot of times that we don't eat until almost 8. Wednesday nights are a great example because we don't get home from church until around 7:45!

I don't weigh in till sunday
The eating after 8 is hard because sometimes we dont get home till 7 I may have to change that one. I only blew it tuesday taht I know of. Have not been keeping track.

My weight this morning is 144.6, which at first I didn't think was great, but then I realized I'm down 1.4 lbs from last week, so I'll take it! I have 1.6 pounds to go and I'll be to my pre pregnancy weight..14 months later,ha!

I can relate. I weighed on my normal weigh date and I was 2lbs more then I was on Wednesday, so I'm hoping it's not as bad tomorrow morning. Also, I didn't get motivated enough to actually do my 2 mi per day walk until yesterday, but I have done it for two days now. I hope everybody else is doing good with their challenge. I look forward to hearing from you all tomorrow!

OK I want my goals for the next 90 days to be:
Lose 15 or more lbs
Drink my 8 glasses of water a day (very hard)
And to stay with in my calories on the weekend (will be the hardes of the 3 I think)

I'm with arkangel eating after 8 is hard for me but needs to be done. So my goal cardio 5 days a week no sfood after 8 and to lose 15 in 90 days lets go gang

I want to try and get in at least 20 minutes of exercise per day for at least 5 days of the week!

I want to try and drink more water!

This morning I weighed 146.2, up a little from yesterday thanks to a piece of cake I ate last night! That's good motivation to stay away from the sweets! Looking forward to seeing what I lose this week!

I'm just now jumping in here. My goals for the next 90 days is to lose 10 pounds, possibly 15. I haven't decided yet if I want to go for that extra 5..I'll see after I get to my original goal in 10 pounds. So, for sure 10 pounds in the next 90 days and be bathing suit ready for summer! My starting weight today is 145.5.

Also,I really want to work on drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I'm doing better than I used to, but it's still hard for me to get all 8 glasses, so that will be a challenge for me!

ARKANGEL, that sounds like an AWESOME idea. The whole point is to challenge yourself to something you know is going to be a challenge for you. It may not sound like something big to some people, but all that matters is how it will be for you. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Count me in. My goal is to work out 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week, get in 8 glasses of water and day, and eat healthy. I would like to lose 30 pounds in these 90 days.

Set a goal for something that you want to accomplish, whether it be lose a certain amount of weight during this time, drink 8 glasses of water each day, or just eat healthy. Whatever your goal may be, let's help each other accomplish it/them. Post your goal and then update us weekly on how your doing.
