I'm so ready to get exercising again. I've been eating within my calorie/fat/fiber range, but the weight has crept back on from inactivity. So now I'm starting over again. High hopes that I can start Body Pump classes again, if I can get myself out of bed at 4:45 for the 5:30 class that is! it's the only one that works with my family craziness :-)

it's sore again tonight, but I was on it most of the day & evening so I'll wrap it up again here in a few minutes for the night and see how it feels in the morning. I'm hoping to stay off of it most of the weekend and by Monday I'll be able to start walking around the streets at lunch again, but hold off on the gym for about a month longer - like the doc said.

It's amazing how different my heal feels today after wearing the splint pretty much all day yesterday! Wow!

So I went to the doc this morning for a very sore heal... turns out that I shouldn't be walking pretty much at all, so I'm now in heal-rehab with a splint & ice therapy. I can ride my bike or swim (no pool at my new gym tho) so I'm going to start riding the bike at the gym tomorrow - I can't today since I was an hour late getting to work due to going to the doc. But I'm still in this! I will not be beaten by an injury!!

I WENT TO THE GYM at lunch today!!! I'm so proud of myself. I spend 25 minutes on the treadmill & did 2.38 miles. I don't think that's horrible for my first day back in action

I'm a bit disapointed in myself for NOT doing this yesterday and choosing to work thru my lunch hour instead of going for a walk. I think I'm going to start going to lunch at 11:30 to keep stuff like this from happening. Today I actually brought my GYM clothes! yea, now to just use them....

Yesterday I didn't do any walking at all except to check out the veggies growing, but Saturday I got in a ton of walking... didn't really track it & did have my pedometer (gotta dig that thing out and use it!) But I think I'm doing well on this. I'm going to try to go at lunch today

I know it's really small, but get out (even if it's just on a treadmill, it counts... outside is even better) and walk for 20 minutes twice a day. Please post DAILY to keep everyone (me, lol) updated on how you're doing!

Will you accept the challenge?
