You ROCK! I was a slug.... it's so hard getting back into exercising after being out of it for so long. I'm really working on it & want/need to get back to daily cardio of some kind. After work, I'm going to see if my 11-yo wants to bike with me as my 8-yo has a baseball game ds is taking him to.

I started ramping back up this week, so I should definitely have your challenge covered. I plan on getting in 1 hour a day over the next 3 days!!

This week I started getting up at 6AM so I can get around and do some morning work at home and then get in 30 minutes to 1 hour of "outdoor hiking" near my house! Enjoying it so far!!

I challenge EVERYONE to get outside and exercise (walk, jog, bike, hike, skate, whatever) for at least 30-minutes, two of the three days! Post back on Sunday night or on Monday & let me know you did it! I'll give you a Goodie
