Great job Cathy. I believe I found the five pounds you've lost. LOL I too have been quite busy these past two months and especially these past two weeks and have not kept up with...well, myself. I think I'm going to go for 1800 minutes again this month - and I'm actually going to log it in. We finally got high speed internet at our house, so now I have more access to the site.

My life has been a blur for the past 2 months. I've been trying to figure out how to slow it down a little! lol The only reason I'm getting exercise in regularly is because I do it when I first wake up. I committed to 1800 minutes last month and I made it...but I really had to push myself! I'm willing to go for 1400 this month. I really appreciate this team, I wouldn't have lost 5 lbs if it wasn't for you all and I want to keep it up through the holidays =)

Sherry, Glad your back online and with us. I missed you.
Jana I know about staying conistant with things its hard but we can do this!
My personal cardio goals for the month have increased from 1200 min to 1400min. That averages about 50min daily of cardio. I still wouldn;t mind keeping the strength training goal of twice a week. I haven't been keeping up with that like I should be so I am still working on the strength training part. I figure that in itself is still a challenge. I know when the weather gets colder I won;t be out on the bike as much but I still have the treadmill at my house.
We don;t have as many people adding to the team cardio challenge so do we still want to keep 15,000 fittness minutes for the team?

I have to remember to stop and think.

I am ready to do my part. I know I wasn't any help this past month, but we had our internet hooked back up so I will be on more often and I am going to do better. It was hard being with out all of you and Sparkpeople in general. It helped me more than I realized. I'm glad to be back!!

What do you all think about November goals? Does anyone have suggestions on changes? I honestly have not been very consistent staying involved in them. Let me know what you think.
