Gonna do a minimum of 900 minutes this month.

My 30 minute treadmill routine burns 360+ calories.
(10% incline at 3 MPH with 2 minute burst to 4 MPH every 5 minutes or so.)

Every once in a while I do an 80 minute 1000 calorie one, but now that I do it every day I will probably cut back on that!

OK ... here goes:

Cardio is the hard one for me but I'm going to shoot for 960 minutes for the month.

Strength training I will target 12 sessions for the month.

Hey Team! Looks like we have 16 of our 87 members participating in the CARDIO Team Goal! Now I know that some of those members have fallen off the face of the earth, but if you by chance happen to KNOW a Team Member and they haven't participated in a while, please invite them back! SparkPeople is the greatest Health related (did I mention FREE) on the internet - why not encourage everyone you know to join us?

I'm setting a goal of 45 min of strength two days a week. I will do 60 min of cardio 4 days a week. More if time permits.

My personal cardio goal is 1200 min for the month.
My strength training goal of 8 for the month.

Since strength training is a new goal for me I think twice a week will work for now. Once I get used to it I can work up to 3x a week.

I have to remember to stop and think.

My goal for September was 1200 cardio minutes and I ended the month with 1615! I'm going to go for 1800 this month. I'm not sure about the strength training. I do my cardio on my treadmill at home so I would need to do the strength training at home too but I think it would be good for me to add it...

My CARDIO goal: 1500 minutes committed to team goal

My STRENGTH goal: 3x per week @ 4 weeks (less missing a couple) = I'll commit to 10 workouts
