I haven't been putting in my minutes daily but I got them all logged in for the month yesterday, thanks to MacMan's reminder! I hoping to log in at least another 240 minutes over the next two days.

I only need 377 more cardio minutes to meet my personal goal this month of 1200. I'm excited but nervous that I might not make it to the 1200. I'm still going to try and not be upset if I don't reach it. Thanks to the bike Paula sold me I should be able to hop on it for some good time. I just have to be like the little choo choo train and repeat to myself " I think I can, I think I can, I think I can." You can just tell that I work with kids by that! LOL I still havn't done my cardio this morning because I need to get house work done. Thinking I should just take a break and do the 6 mile ride that I had planned out so I won't blow it off later or come up with the excuse that its too hot. OK I am off to ride! Have a great weekend NWA Team!

I have to remember to stop and think.

I'v kicked back in for the month. I was out for a little over a week with being sick and all. I just didn;t even want to get out of bed for the longest time. I'm back though. I'v been trying to reach my goal this month of 1200 min. I know I am a bit behind but working on getting it all in.

Lets go NWA!

I'd love to exercise in the AM too, but 1. nobody to workout with and that early needs another body! 2. I live way out in Elkins... where nobody else lives!

Just try to get on here & post everyday (I made a new thread The Front Porch) so we can ALL help support each other! Don't forget to log whatever cardio you do get this month!

Ok Ok.. I'm in here - but I must admit that exercise is the one thing I fail the most at! I wish I were more active in this group too!

I'd love to start exercising in the AM - just so hard to get out of that nice cozy bed LOL- but I'll try!!!!

BTW, I'm trying to sell our Nordictrack Elliptical - never really used it, if anyone's interested, it's on Craigslist.

We're falling behind! Somehow we only have 9 of our active 27 members doing this challenge... what's up? Anything I can do to get everyone to join in this challenge?

Here's a big dose of encouragement with a little kick in the booty to get everyone going! Come on Team! It takes us all to make it happen!

Cardio - we need to collectively do 500 minutes per day

Fitness - we need to collectively do 600 minutes per day
