I enjoyed last months challenge so I'm looking forward to this months. This should give me the motivation to do more of the strength exercises. Since I am having trouble getting rid of my lower abs. But just can't seem to get a regular routine in this area.

Hello team!

I'm in the middle of a rather hectic work week. It might take me a little while to get back on course, but I will get through it and get my workouts in and together we will set some new team workout records. Please be patient with me if you don't hear from me for a little while. I'll do the best I can.

Last month was fantastic! I am so proud of all of you for the great work that you've done. As Paula has already encouraged us, let's not let up now.

They are two seperate goals.

15,000 minute cardio goal - you log thru the team page and can enter what exercise you did

18,000 minute exercise goal - you log thru the "my fitness" page

some just do one or the other, I really like doing both... some don't feel they have time for both & that's fine... just do what you can!

Sounds great, Paula, I'm ready to go! I'm a bit confused though...is the goal 15,000 minutes or 18,000 minutes? Or is that two different goals? I did 900 minutes on my treadmill in August so I'm going to try for 1200 in September.

I vote for Mike to be head cheerleader again too!!! He's the reason I got back to exercising in August and I have a feeling I'm going to need another Macman pep rally to keep going through September! You up for it Mike?

ok, I've thought about it and looked at our current status & the new people who have joined the team, so I'm going to put in 15,000 minutes for our September goal! Hope everyone is good with that and remembers to plug their numbers in on the team page and not just thru the "my fitness", the "my fitness" does count toward the bottom goal on our page but it's the 15,000 Goal that we really want to meet. The "my fitness" does count toward the overall fitness minutes and I've made our goal 18,000 for the month.

If you have any questions, please let me know!

P.S. Mike, I hope we can continue to rely on you as head cheerleader? please pleaes!!
