Personal Goals:
1. Exercise at least 5 x a week for 30 minutes.
2. Eat MORE (I've not been eating much...about 700 cals a day =( no good!)
3. Truly enjoy something for myself at least once a day
4. make 1 new friend!
and of course: track my exercise, foods, etc! Gotta keep going - this place helps me deal with everything.

I know...it seems like only half of those are Spark oriented - but trust me...with the way my life is going right now, I need ALL of those to keep me going. I've lost like 8 lbs in two weeks. That's fast for me.

On a thread that is no longer on our team page JEEPMAMA said that if you post both ways it would not mess us up because it is set up to track as two seperate goals. My two cents worth(and you don't need to even pay for it) says post it!

Question about the team goals!
I tracked my cardio, but do I track it under fitness activities too or is that for other activities besides the cardio? When I click on that one it takes me to my own tracking page..???

60 Minutes of cardio 7 days a week
Do strength exercises 3 days a week
Do better on my eating
Continue to walk 10,000+ steps per day

8+ glasses of water daily
Include more protein in my diet and less fat

Run a minumum of 4 to 5 miles a day 5 days a week.
Stay within my calorie range every day this month.
Drink enough water (8+ 8oz servings)
Reach the 15 lbs lost milestone. (.2 lbs to go)
Weigh in at 160 lbs.
Reach the 20 lbs lost milestone.

And of course: Help the NWA team reach its goal of 12,500 cardio minutes.

~Swim daily M-F for 30-45 minutes
~Do cardio daily for a min of 30 minutes
~Continue to lose this weight
~Continue to eat healthy (MUFA with every meal & cut down on the HFCS)
~Occasional Coke (at times with a little Captain's in it, lol)
~Enjoy my boys' basketball (10 yo) and football (7 yo)

My personal fittness goals for August:

40min of cardio daily.
Take vitamins daily.
Drink 10 8oz glasses of water daily.
Limit Diet coke to 1 per week.
Eat Healthy lean meals
