Tam - at the bottom of our team page, SP has setup to allow us to set our own TEAM goals. Log your exercise there and we can see how we do each month.

My total minutes of exercise in Febuary? Hmmm the last 2 weeks should be easy to count because I hardly made it anywhere to workout. March will be diffrent.

I have to remember to stop and think.

I'm up for the exercise challenge!! I've had sick kids for almost 2 weeks, and have neglected my exercise. I need to get back with it so hopefully this will motivate me to get going!! :) So far, nothing, but maybe a bike ride later. If anyone's up for walking in the am, I'm up for it. :)

Paula I know what you mean. I know I need to exercise but the drive to make it happen seems to be slipping as the *new* in the new year is wearing off. I think this challenge for Febuary might be just what I need to remind myself of my goals for this new year.

I DEFINATELY need SOMETHING to get me going. maybe an exercise challenge would do it. I have the desire, but lately my drive hasn't been so great. So, I'm up for it.

I personally think an exercise challenge is an excellent idea! Everyone can simply log in their cardio time into spark & it will keep track of your cadio minutes for you - so simple. Whoever gets the most minutes at the end of the month gets bragging rights or maybe I'll spring for a sweat band for ya (one of those sexy 70ish ones)! lol
