Day 2 - I had about 12 reeses pieces my daughter gave me. Good thing though I tracked my food. I actually had veggies today & they tasted good. Haven't had much veggies the last couple of weeks. Too much holiday goodies.

Day 2 - 1/2 peanut butter cookie and about 4 french fries so I didn't avoid junk food all day. My success was instead of stopping for fast food when I was out, I got one madarin orange and a small container of bean and kale soup.

Made it through today - biggest challenge was after workout. I was in the bathtub and my daughter came home from the store with a package of reese peanut butter cups for me. I told her no I didn't want to waste my workout and she walked away with them. That was hard for me because that is my favorite candy!

Wow, this is a BIG challenge! Especially when I go to work and there is still so much chocolate, cookies, donuts and tons of other goodies!!! (deep breath!) Well, it's all about good choices and having the willpower to resist would be a good choice! Thanks for putting the challenge out there for us. Now I will think before I eat!

New year - new food habits! Can you make it 31 days without junk food? Let's celebrate here each day that you can keep junk food out of your diet. At the end of the month post how many days you made it and then you can set a goal to see if you can beat that number in February!
