Hello Divas,
Yesterday, I had a good workout, started off with 15 mins of cardio on the Elliptical...then a vigorous 45 min upper and lower body workout (strengthening and toning), then 2 water aerobics classes (pillates and intense cardio)........and I am feeling great...........I am meeting all of my goals........water, caloric intake, exercise, sleep.... ![]() To all my Divas doing the "damn" thing......."Keep it movin.....Keep it moving" ![]() ![]() My motto---"You have to know that when drastic changes take place in your life GOD is rearranging it for you to make it better for you down the line

Things are going fine.......Snowy here in Indiana so I haven't been out today......but on the right track to hopefully becoming employed (although I don't care if I work or not) ![]() ![]() Just really trying to make everything jive for me with schedules and everything......thanks for asking.... I cleaned my bathroom.....although it's never dirty, I just felt like giving it a complete makeover..... show curtains, rugs, wax floor, bleached tub.... spent probably 40 minutes doing it
