I have been doing really great with the yoga, I did it 5 times last week and once so far this week. I keep tracking everything and that really helps. I went to the coop grocery store and signed up as a member so now I can get a better deal on fresh produce. I got a couple of new things to try this week. So a good week so far.

well I had a bad then good weekend - Saturday was a wipe out as I had a migraine - I haven't had one for years - so I guess I was due one!!

Sunday - I did all the strength exercises I should have done on Sat, plus I added a couple more (just for sheer punnishment) one of my other team leaders has been going on about the PLANK - My daughter does them 10 to the dozen so I couldn't see what the problem was - until I decided to do 5 of the wretched things - whoever decided that the PLANK was a good exercise needs to be shot!!!

Fibre intake has been good (regardelss of migraine) and I have just eaten 15g of sawdust so I should be well on the way to my 30g... oh must go and get a statsuma - it is like a manderin only different!

So come one everybody - how are you doing???

Hey, Apalooj-just wanted to report in on how I'm doing on this challenge! I have been working on adding fiber and so far I have been at or above my minimum fiber grams all week except one day (yesterday). That feels like a success!

How's everyone else doing?

Thanks for the starfish!!! it's cute! I have 3,500 points to work off before I get my next trophy which is the silver cup! Yay!!! (only 3,500 is the number of cals per pound of fat! - eyyea is that telling me something?????? ket - must lose another pound of the flabby stuff!!!

Keep on trucking folks and burn them cals and push them weights and do those hell like crucnhes and sit ups and planks - they hurt for a reason - that reason is to tell you that you are still alive!!!!!!

I have upped my fibre intake to the 30's, increased my water to a gallon, upped my fruit n veg from 5 to 8, doubled up on the strength exercises (my abs feel a bit tender this morning after doing 30 crunches and 30 abdonimiser almost sit ups!) but I am still sooooo pathetic I couldn't get the pull thing off the milk this morning..... so ended up stabging it with scisors! Arghh!

Ok, here's my November goal: To increase my fiber every day to at least 25 grams. I just started it this week after realizing how few grams I was getting every day.

hmm - I have so many daily, thrice weekly, every other day and weekly challenges at the moment i am getting very confused!

I will strive for 30 mins jog(fast) on the trampet every day - (unless my health gets worse! am a bit too wobbly today to even attempt the trampet )

is that ok Miss?

I just added yoga to my fitness plan and I am trying to do a 20 minute session every morning along with my cardio 5 X week. I like it so far, even though I can't do the excersises even close to how the dvd shows them, I just keep trying.
I will get better, I will get more flexible, I will, I will, I will. emoticon

I just wanted to do a challenge so I decided to create some. So here are some challenges.

1. Try a new food, a healthy one, that you know is good for you but you haven't tried yet. Add it to your food plan for the week at least twice to really give it a chance.

2. Try a new core or cardio excersise and report back on how you did or did not like it or will add it to your regular sessions.

3. Track your food, water, excersise or another goal that you haven't tracked for a week and see how it helps to make this a lifestyle change. Report back on how it goes.
