I don't exactly feel qualified to answer your question since I see you HAVE LOST 125 POUNDS! Wow, congratulations, that's awesome!

Put simply, I am eating less and exercising more. I had a big fast food habit and I started by simply reducing portions. Now I'm cutting out some carbs when given the chance. Taking the fish instead of the steak. Chewing gum.

Even though I have lost 20 pounds I don't quite yet feel very successful, but I am close. When I get into the 260s I will be very excited.

I started at 295 now down to 275, making slow and steady progress. I've had some ups and downs that's for sure. Writing about it daily on my blog sure helps. Good luck to everyone on the team!
