I am going to join a local contest called "Dump Your Rump". Tonight is the first weigh in. Then you weigh in each Thursday. Prizes each week and grand prize winner (most % of weight lost) wins a trip to San Diego.

Usually do not do stuff like this...but think it might help keep me motivated and accountable. :)

So...today I am going to....since I am home working due to a snow storm....I am going to get my workout equipment moved out of the room we are going to redo into our exercise room and get my treadmill put in front of the tv in the living room...which we are going to redo after the other room. Hahah..my living room currently has no furniture in it, so it has tons of room for my treadmill. Putting new carpet in the exercise room. So that will be exercise itself, right?

I struggle with staying positive when I don't see a lot of results.

My goal is to stay positive!

I remembered that when you don't see weight loss, take measurements!

I did! And I have lost inches!!!
