Move more and eat more.... I do not eat 1/2 as much as I should...before sparks it was once a day and if I did it wasn't anything remotely healthy most of the time.

HI. I just joined today so my goals for this month will be to check in daily on the site. Increase my water intake and increase my physical activity. It's supposed to be near 50 tomorrow so I'd like to go the park and walk the trail.

I wanted to lose 8 pounds this month. I don't know if I'll make that one!

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Sleep 8 hours a day.

Mine are :

1/ water intake daily - Gallon goal!
2/ meditation and healing from the inside kinda work!
3/ walking outdoors daily - great for physical but also the mental

Mine are:
1) To shed 8-10 pounds this month

2) To plan and complete a walk each day this month. They may not be that long at first, but I'm trying to create a habit

3) To try to establish a set bedtime.

Other stuff will have to come later, ha ha
