I begun my journey to healthy a bit ago, down #27 as of today, but hitting that 1st 25 was really uplifting. I started at 267 @ 5'4 - 5'5 and have had health issues my entire life. (Too long to list...)

I must say that if you get on the fitness train and have that mindset it's imperative to have a support base of friends (in town) or (online) to make it happen.

To even make it to a healthy weight I have to get to about 140, my goal is about 118 (or) at least a size 7.

I'm going to a gym daily (my 18th day will be today, 9/19/2016, and even though I'm disabled I'm still doing it. I don't want to be helpless anymore to even put my own socks and shoes on my feet.

Anyway, I hope to be in a much better and healthier place by this time next year.
