Lest the step count for July 3 be misleading, that step count DOES NOT represent actual steps. I use a fitbit wrist band and I spent time thoroughly brushing out my long hair. So, lots of arm movement recorded there in that 'step' count.

Goals for this month: I will do as many minutes as possible. There's a lot I have to do -- gardening, walking the dog twice daily, and I need to reintroduce exercising on a daily basis.
