Comments:

With the ongoing thyroid challenges in addition to the complex chronic conditions, energy levels have been severely taxed and the physical experience of life continues to deteriorate.

An experiment was undertaken beginning May 24 with the addition of mega doses of B-2 (Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate). June 5, the B-3 (NADH or Coenzyme 1) was added to the mix.

I am feeling the difference with the mega doses of B2 & B3. An upward titration of B3 is underway. Given past research studies, it may be necessary for me to sustain doses 8 to 16 times higher than what we started with on the B3. This concerns me because I don't know that we will be able to afford it, should I need it.

Had a number of medical/lab appointments this month that seriously taxed the body's energy reserves and resulted in a crash that has extended for weeks!
