What activity for a "FEW MINUTES" emoticon

Sunday - cleaning bathroom drawers
Monday - watered and swept patio
Tuesday - carried boxes to the garage for disposal
Wednesday - up and down the stairs many times carrying boxes
Thursday - walking Scarlett-dog 4 times
Friday - dancing around the kitchen to Motown
Saturday - strength training using resistance bands

Wednesday - Stretching exercises after dry needling procedure
Thursday - Vacuum and clean bedroom
Friday - Cleaning for party tomorrow
Saturday - resistance bands exercise

Your challenge this week is to get in a habit of doing some sort of exercise everyday... and.it only takes a "FEW MINUTES!"

All you need to do is choose an exercise that you will commit to doing everyday this week. It be cardio (like jumping jacks, jump rope, jogging in place) or maybe a strength training exercise (like lunges, crunches, push ups) ... and simply do that exercise for just a "FEW MINUTES.".

If you’re planning to do strength training then remember to rotate through upper, lower & core body exercises to ensure you’re resting your muscles. If you need ideas these exercise demos are great:
