I – Increase your upper-body strength today - stretch and flex class
T – Take time for “YOU” today - worked jig saw puzzle
N – Neck & shoulder stretching today - did them and then heated neck pad
E – Exercise a little more today - went extra 15 minutes
S – Squeeze in lower-body strength training today - done with resistance bands
S – Stretch for 5 minutes this morning- yawning

SPECIFIC: Drink 6-8 glasses of water, walk every morning, journal food intake.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes after every walk.
ATTAINABLE: I will gradually start walking faster and further each week. I can slowly manage my food and water intake.
RELEVENT: To improve my life style by making conscious decisions to change to a healthier me.
