Let’s “STREAK THIS WEEK!” When we do something—anything—for so many days in a row (7 days this week), it’s called a “STREAK.” Challenge yourself to ______________(YOU fill in the blank!) every day this week. This will be your "STREAK THIS WEEK."

Some healthy suggestions: Eating 3-5 fruits or veggies every day, exercising for so many minutes per day, going to bed a little earlier each night, exercising during commercials, trying one new fruit or vegetable each day. You get the idea! It’s up to you!
