i've really been working on the fruits/veggies thing, but feel like there is so much room to improve here. Most days, the servings are actually whole fruits/veggies (at least 2). But some days, I need to count V8 juice or V8 VFusion as my veggies...

only got 2 servings of veggies yesterday. Haven't had any today. =( gotta work on that lol.

Gosh! Getting past two servings is proving to be a challenge.....I've GOT to start eating more veggies! All of my servings are fruit so far....

This week try to get 2-5 servings of fruits and veggies in daily. Post each day on how you did. Good Luck! Don't be too hard on yourself. Sometimes I don't get my fruits and veggies in either. It's just a challenge to get you started on a better path to a healthy lifestyle. You CAN do it!
