I have 50 minutes of running/walking from today, and 20 minutes of walking, which puts me at 70 minutes for the week.

Well, I bike and walk for at least 60 minutes a day when on my work days. Some times more but newer less I think. Today it will probably be about 100 minutes.

So for this week:
Monday:60 min
Tuesday: 60 min

theella - biking and walking IS exercise. How long do you bike and exercise for? Just track those =)

I am not really good at tracking my fitness minutes since I do not have a gym card yet (plannig to buy one on Friday).

But I bike and walk every were since I don't have a car. Yesterday I also started to take the stairs in stead of using the elevator to get up on the 5th floor where my office is. I counted the steps, they are 120 ! Plan on taking always taking the stairs in the future :)
