TD, today is a new day! On teeny tiny word - NO! I will ask the Lord to help you say it whenever you are faced with temptation. Remember 1 Cor. 10:13 "No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, that you may be able to endure it."
Father, please help this sister to find that way of escape. Give her the strength to say No in the face of temptation. Help her to focus on you and not on the evil one. Give her the heart of a lion, ready to fight and defeat the enemy. Give her a heart to be where You want her to be in her body, in her health, in obedience to You. Thank You for the victory that You have already given. In Jesus' name, Amen.
