I've not done well at weight loss in 2019. I trust that 2020 will be better.

You haven't let me down. Starting the post has been wonderful for me. I use them to see what does/doesn't work. See what I need to work on. Showed my doctor two years of my posts that show I gain weight every time she decreases my meds. It worked last month. She added a new medication and I am doing better. I have been in your place this year. I tried different diets, eating plans, no plan, exercise, no exercise, ate junk, stayed in bed or vegged out in front of tv, skipped meals, etc. I lost in the beginning and gained it back and more by years end. That's life. Blame it on fluctuating hormones. But I am not ready to give up.

You did what you were able to do. No one should ask for more.

As this year comes to a close, I feel like I have let everyone down. I have not been faithful to post my weight and have not been very encouraging. Thank you to APPEALSTOME and BLUEEYESOFCANADA for sticking with this challenge and regularly posting. I will be honest about this year; for the first time in over five years I, not only have not lost, but have gained. I am not happy about this. I do know that I will continue toward healthier habits and better health. I have bounced from plan to program to this and that all year having trouble settling on any one thing so have not been successful at anything! I am taking that lesson to heart and prayerfully considering how to proceed in the coming year.

Happy New Year to all of you and sending wishes for a healthier lifestyle for everyone! God Bless!

January

3....230 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg with 10 mg of hydro cortisol for two days or half table of Florenif next two days) Not feeling well or eating right. Walk when able to. No pool, etc exercise in three weeks since gym closed.

12..227 ( Armour 120+15 upon waking and 15 mg after lunch.) No Florenif. Water aerobics
( 3 hours Monday and 1 hour Friday and walking in between) Snack lunch on Friday.

19...227 ( Armour 120 + 15+15 upon waking). No Florenif. Water aerobics 3xs weekly. Took med at 7 am yesterday, with pizza for lunch, swimming afterwards, snack and fish dinner. over 7,000 steps yesterday.

26....228 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking. No florenif. Water aerobics 4 xs this week. Increased steps on work days. Used collagen in my coffee each morning. No joint pain, more energy, but craving salt and dark chocolate at night, which maybe reason i gained. No collagen today and very tired.

February:

2....229 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking. Half tablet of Florenif after breakfast. No collagen in coffee this week. I was down to 226 on Monday. Florenif made me so hungry, I ate junk, etc.most of the week. Headache, stuffy nose and cough on Friday. Slept most of Friday night into Saturday.

9...229 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking. No Florenif or collagen. I was down to 227 earlier this week. Nasal congestion, cough, etc. Took Mucinex D a few times this week, craved salt and ate a lot of popcorn.

16...227 ( Armour 120 + 15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif or collagen. Clear nose. Low apnea. Sleeping 7-8 hours nightly. Gave up eating popcorn and sweets at night. Started lifting weights yesterday. I lose weight when I only eat snack for lunch.

23...227 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Florenif yesterday. Sleeping 7-8 hours but not falling asleep until wee hours. Tracking food and exercise. Stayed in calorie range. Terrible muscle cramps on Friday and only able to walk in pool. over 7,000 steps yesterday with egg/veggie breakfast, ribs and grapes for lunch, steak, potato, two veggies and blueberries for dinner.

March

2....227 I seem to be stuck at this weight. ( Armour 120 +15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif. Sleeping 6-8 hours. Not falling asleep til wee hours. Didn't track food this week. Sciatic and leg pain. Swimming and lifting weights. Waking and eating dinner late.

9..226...Don't know what I did to lose a pound, but happy, (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. Sleeping 7-8 hours. Took Aleve two days in a row, which eliminated swelling and pain. No tracking food, which I think leads to me eating less since My fitness pal isn't working properly. Took 120+15+15 mg of Armour upon waking today and 15 mg at 1 pm since couldn't stay awake after protein pancake breakfast.

16...226.....( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. No vitamins yesterday. Eating snack after swim instead of lunch. Not sleeping well. Waking and eating too late. Logging 7,000 or more steps 4 days a week. Going to try new eating pattern before gym workout.

23...227....(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). No Florenif. No vitamins for two days. Eating snack for lunch after swimming. Waking and eating late meals and goodies at night. Little sleep several days in a row. Nasal congestion and cough. I need to get to bed earlier and knit instead of eating junk food at night.

30...227...Down from 229 beginning of week due to eating nuts. (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. No vitamins for two days since I left pill case home. Eating snack after swimming. Ate late dinner twice this week. Terrible sleep. Slept 10 days one day and little the next. Took Claritin and sleep little last night. Stressed over auto accident too.

April

6...227....(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) 1/4 tablet Florenif Sun and Monday. None rest of week. NAC 500 mg supplement, multivitamin and D-3 daily. Eating three meals daily. No snacks. Ate dinner late. Started taking 400 mg of Mag before bedtime yesterday and slept well. Did 2 classes of water aerobics and weight lifting three days this week. Don't understand why scale hasn't decreased. :(

13...225...( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. NAC 500 mg, multi and D-3. Three meals daily. 300-400 mg of magnesium before bed. Still eating dinner late and not sleeping well due to stress over auto accident. Took Claritin D yesterday and hardly slept last night. Water aerobics and weight lifting.

20...227 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Florenif on Friday. NAC 600 mg, multi D-3. Three meals daily. 1300-500 mg before bed. Walking in pool. No weight lifting. Fell last Sat and fractured shoulder. Taking Advil during day and Norco at night and less activity probably caused weight gain.

27....227 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif. NAC 600 mg, multivitamin, D3 and magnesium. Three meals daily. Walking in pool. Wearing shoulder sling. Taking Advil or Tylenol during day and Norco at night. Pain med makes me hungry sometimes and I am snacking especially at night. Sleeping well. Shoulder pain high. Less exercise than I normally due bc of pain or fatigue from pain meds.

May

5...227...( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif. Nac 600 mg, multivitamin, D3 and magnesium. Three meals daily. Arthritis class and walking in pool. No weight lifting. Taking on one Norco at before bed. Advil or Tylenol during day if needed. I have been eating cookies at night which may be reason I haven't lost weight.

12...226 down from 231 on pain medication. ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif or Nac. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Three meals daily. Arthritis and walking in pool due to injury. No Norco, Advil, Tylenol or cookies. Sleep well and less.

18...225 down from 228 in doctor's office yesterday. Two hours in pool yesterday didn't relieve pain. ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3, magnesium daily. Three meals daily. Ate lunch before swim yesterday which may be reason I lost weight. Terrible shoulder/arm/leg pain all day yesterday. Took Norco after dinner. Terrible shoulder/arm pain today. Took Aleve and wearing brace has decreased pain.

25...226 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Three meals daily. Eating lunch before pool exercise leads to less hunger and weight loss. I have been eating dinner late and staying up late. Still have terrible shoulder/arm pain. Take Advil when pain is unbearable. Going to try taking turmeric capsules that work like Advil without stomach problems.

June

1...226 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Jogging in pool three times weekly. No swimming or weight lifting due to shoulder injury. Three meals daily. Eating late dinner and constantly until bedtime. Falling asleep in weehours. Need to change eating and sleep habits. Taking turmeric daily and Advil when pain is high.

8....225 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Water aerobics 3xs weely. No weight lifting due to shoulder injury. Ate large breakfast, snack lunch and light dinner. Over 5,000 steps. Swollen legs and couldn't stand/walk that night and next morning. 8 hours sleep, but don't fall asleep until wee hours. Using turmeric in food. No pain meds.

15..225 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3 and 100 mg magnesium daily. Turmeric drink nightly. Water aerobics 3xs weekly. No weight lifting. Can only lose if I eat snack for lunch with normal breakfast and dinner. Go figure. Still up in the wee hours. Nighttime routine needs to change if I want to lose weight.

22...225 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3, and 100 mg of magnesium daily. No turmeric drink. I only add turmeric to food. Water aerobics 3x weekly. No weight lifting. Snack lunch 3 days in a row. Normal breakfast and dinner. Still awake to wee house. Sleeping 7-8 hours most nights.

29...227( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). No Florenif and NAC. Multi, D3 and 100 mg magnesium daily. Turmeric added to food. Water aerobics 3x a week. Snack lunch. Normal breakfast and dinner. Sleeping every other night. Pain level high after insomnia. Waking and eating late meals.

July

6....224 Yeah! ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Half Florenif tablet and liquid Mucinex fast max yesterday. No multivitamin and magnesium for two days. Multivitamin, D-3 and 200 mg of magnesium yesterday. Been ill for 4 days with sore throat, ear/head/tummy ache. Slept a lot those days. Turmeric added to food. Water aerobics 3 xs. Snack lunch. Collagen yesterday. Regular breakfast and dinner. Sleeping 7-8 hours nightly. Pain level down. Still eating late dinner.

13...227 Argh! ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No florenif and Mucinex. Multi, D3 and magnesium. Insomnia every other day. Stressed over boss's granddaughter dying. Turmeric in food. Spent less time in water aerobics, although go 3x a week. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner on work days. Breakfast, snack and dinner on days off. Sleeping 7 hours nightly. Still eating late dinner which contributes to insomnia. I need to work on eating earlier meals. I will try taking Florenif this week since it seems to decrease my appetite and increase energy.

20....227 Argh! ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No florenif or Mucinex. Been taking antibiotic for a week. Multi, D3 and magnesium. Still eating dinner and going to sleep late. Water aerobics 3x a week. No weight lifting due to shoulder injury. Eating breakfast, lunch, dinner on Tues, Wed, Thurs. Big breakfast, snack lunch and dinner other days. I will go back to taking florenif when I finish antibiotic.

27...226 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Finished antibiotic two days ago. Multi, D3, and magnesium. Took 1/4 tablet of Florenif twice this week. Water aerobics four days in a row due to heatwave. Cooler now. Went to bed and woke early on antibiotic. More energy on antibiotic too. Sleeping more and tired in morning since finishing antibiotic. Ate breakfast and lunch earlier on antibiotic bc I woke early. Late waking/eating since finished antibiotic. Argh! Still eating late dinner.

August

2...227...(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Multi, D3 and magnesium. Took 1/3 tablet of Florenif once this week. Took Mucinex Fast Max a few times due to feeling ill. Water aerobics 4 times. Going to bed late and sleeping better except for last night when neighbor noise kept me awake until 4:30 am. Eat breakfast, lunch and light dinner on work days. Breakfast, snack lunch and full dinner on exercise days. Took Armour 120+30 mg three days in a row and felt better. Took Amour 120+15mg on Sunday since didn't sleep last night. Ate pasta dinner too since it helps me sleep better.

10....225 (Armour 120 + 30 or 120 + 15+15 mg upon waking.) I can't decide if taking 30 mg or two 15 mg upon waking works better. No Florenif or Mucinex. Breakfast, snack lunch and normal dinner daily. Water aerobics 4 x this week. I am trying to eat a low calorie lunch ( 2 pcs 40 cal bread, lettuce, tomato and turkey = 200 calories) instead of peanut butter cracker or tuna with crackers to see if dietary change leads to losing weight.

17...227 ( Armour 120+30 mg upon waking). No florenif. Multi, D3 and magnesium. Had allergies/sinus congestion on and off. Taking a baby aspirin before bedtime and sleeping more. Waking and eating late meals. Breakfast, salad lunch and dinner on work days. Breakfast, snack and dinner on exercise days. Hungry at night and need to curb emotional eating. I need to go to bed earlier.

24...227..( Armour 120+30 mg upon waking). No florenif. Multi, D3, magnesium and baby aspirin before bedtime. Protein breakfast. Salad work lunch. Dinner roll sandwich and grapes after swim. Protein, veggie, potato/rice and fruit for dinner. Eating every meal late, which I am sure is reason I am not losing. Getting up three times a night to go potty since started taking baby aspirin. Water aerobics three times a week.

31..226..(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). I switched from taking 120 +30 mg of Armour since it caused hyper symptoms and weight gain. I gained 5 lbs in a week although I didn't change anything. Lost 3 lbs of water weight overnight after taking Florenif. Florenif causes insomnia, but I wake and more energetic next day. May try taking less Armour and 1/4 tablet of Florenif every other day. Eating, exercising and taking same vitamins.

Sept:

7...227...(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). My ankles have been swollen from heat and humidity. No florenif this week. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium before bed. Been eating dinner and going to bed early. Water aerobics 3x a week. More exercise this week and gained. I ate snack for lunch four days this week. Good breakfast and dinner. Sleeping 9-10 hours nightly. Napped a few afternoons too.

14...227...(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). No florenif, which may be why I can't lose weight. Emergen-C, D3 during day and magnesium before bed. Been eating dinner earlier. Water aerobics 3x a week. Eat three meals on work days. Breakfast, snack or skip lunch and dinner on non work days. Sleeping a lot due to hot weather.

21...225..(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). 1/4 Florenif tablet yesterday. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium. Been eating better. Make sure to eat three meals daily. Water aerobics 3x weekly. Sleeping better too. I think trick to losing for me is taking florenif. I will start taking every other day.

28...225 ( -3 lbs in doc's office yesterday and our scales weight the same.) (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No florenif. Half multivitamin in afternoon. D3 and magnesium. Haven't slept in four days. Doctor lowered Armour to 120 + 15 mg daily. Nose clear in cooler weather. Not eating well. I eat snack for dinner on work days.
Light breakfast, snack lunch, and good dinner on days off work. I was more active yesterday. Left home at 10 am, did errands, swam, shopped and returned home at 7 pm. I hope decreasing Armour leads to sleeping again.

October:

5....228..(Armour 120 + 15 mg upon waking) Endo decreased my medication by 15 mg and I gained weight. I gained 5 lbs of water weight right away. Swollen ankles too. 1/4 Florenif every other day for three days. I stopped taking florenif on Sunday due to severe gastro attacks. Taking gastro medication stopped nasal congestion, joint pain, and relieved constipation. No change in diet and exercise. Sleeping well. Eating three meals daily. Fruit instead of sweets. Taking multivitamin, D3 and magnesium.

12....228..( Armour 120 + 15 mg upon waking.) +3 lbs since endo decreased med by 15 mg. No diet change. Jogging in pool more. I have been ill for two days. Head, and ear ache, sinus congestion, chills, body aches, etc. Took Claritin, Mucinex Fast Max, RX cough medication for two days. Woke at 6 am on Sat and took 120 mg + 15 mg of Armour. Took additional 15 mg of Armour before lunch. Been sneezing, coughing and constantly blowing nose. Waking after 3 hours sleep at night with congestion. Not eating much. Ate veggie egg omelet for breakfast yesterday, eggplant and salad for lunch and chicken soup with toast, melon for dinner and half cup of frozen yogurt plus herbal tea and four cracker cookies before bedtime.

19...228 (Armour 120+15 + 15 mg upon waking.) Antibiotic, Mucinex and codeine cough medication plus D3 and multivitamin. I am starting to feel better. Eating three meals daily. Water aerobics and walking too. I hope weigh decreases when I finish antibiotic.

26....229 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Antibiotics for 10 days plus codeine cough medication some nights. Multi, D3 and magnesium. Eating three meals daily. Swollen ankles. Sleeping on and off depending on cough. Water aerobics and walking. Need to take another 10 days of antibiotic and will probably gain more weight.

November

2...229 (Armour 120+15+15 mgs upon waking.) Antibiotics for 17 days so far. Claritin one day. Multi, D3 and magnesium. Eating three meals. Very hungry after taking Claritin. Swollen ankles. Florenif on Sunday due to calf pain. Sleeping well. Water aerobics and walking.

9....229...My scale battery was going and I weighed 104 lbs. I haven't been that weight in years and knew scale needed new battery. LOL I finished antibiotic on Tuesday. Took Claritin on Wed and couldn't stop eating. Taking 120+ 15 mg of Armour led to terrible knee, hip, carpal tunnel and numb fingers, etc. Returned to taking 120 + 15+ 15 mg of Armour next day and pain gone. Appetite back to normal. I need to stop eating sweets at night. Taking multi, D3 and magnesium.

16...229...Down from 232 water weight. Took 120 + 15 mg of Armour last two days. Mucus relief yesterday due to nasal congestion. Grocery shopped, laundry and grocery shopped yesterday. Ate breakfast, 220 calorie lunch and small steak with burger, baked pot with butter and peas with onions for dinner. Took D3 and chromium. Forgot to take multivitamin. Magnesium before bed. Hot weather today and less pain. Going swimming early.

23...228....Taking 120 + 15 Armour upon walking. D3, multi vitamin, magnesium before bed. Been cleaning in morning and walking after work. Water aerobics three times a week. Still can't lift weights due to torn rotator cuff. I need to curb eating at night.

30...228...I seem to be stuck here. Armour 120 + 15 mg upon waking. Protein veggie breakfast. Snack lunch after swimming. Late dinner nightly. Been eating a lot of sweets to and cut down. D3, multivitamin during the day and magnesium before bed. Walking more. Water aerobics 3x a week. Made and ate Thanksgiving dinner without dessert.

Dec

7....228....Armour 120+ 15+ 7 mg upon waking. Snack after swimming. Been eating a lot of starches and sweets. D3, multivitamin during day and magnesium before bed. Waking earlier and moving more. Water aerobics 3xs a week.

14..231.. (+1 lb more than I was when I started this post in Jan.) .Armour 120+ 15 mg upon waking. Been gaining weight since doctor decrease my med by 15 mg. My ankles are extremely swollen. Normal ankles when I took 150 mg of Armour. Swelling decreases some when I do water/pool aerobics. Breakfast, snack lunch on gym days and dinner. Water aerobics 3x a week. Walked in mall on Friday after 2 hours of water aerobics. Did two hours of housework yesterday which included stair climbing several times. Stopped eating sweets this week. Multivitamin, D3, and magnesium before bedtime. Sleeping more.

21..230..Armour 120 + 15+7 mg upon waking. Bad cholesterol down 40 points which is probably due to eliminating sweet starches. I told doctor that I gained 30 lbs under her care. She changed one medication in hopes that I will lose. I will now take 120 mg of Armour and 5-10 mg of Cytomel (T-3) daily. Office gave me appointment for end of April, but dr only gave me 3 months of medication. I will call them on Monday to reschedule appointment for end of March. I am still eating breakfast, snack lunch on gym days, salad lunch on work days and dinner. I had veggie ( zucchini noodles) for dinner two nights in row and suffered with stomach cramps and diarrhea. No weight loss either. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium before bedtime. Sleeping on and off.

28...229....Armour 120 mg and 10 mcg levo upon waking. I have had ups and downs since med change. I started taking one 5 mcg tablet of levo upon waking, felt energetic and not hungry until night time when I couldn't stop eating. Been sleeping a lot too. Increased to taking 2 levo tablets per doc's instructions. One upon waking. Second in the afternoon. Couldn't sleep or stop eating sweets. Taking 2 levo tablets with Armour upon waking seems to work better so far. Curbed appetite and sleeping when I swim for 1 or more hours. Then, I took 3 (5mcg of levo)(two upon waking; one in afternoon) and developed leg pain, insomnia, etc. So back to 2 levo tablets I went. I lost one pound overnight when I ate dinner early and no junk food before bed. My problem seems to be staying out of kitchen and not eating sweets at night. I hope I do better in 2020.

Beginning weight - 230 lb
2019 Goal...Lose 10 or more lbs
Weigh In day.....Saturday

January

3....230 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg with 10 mg of hydro cortisol for two days or half table of Florenif next two days) Not feeling well or eating right. Walk when able to. No pool, etc exercise in three weeks since gym closed.

12..227 ( Armour 120+15 upon waking and 15 mg after lunch.) No Florenif. Water aerobics
( 3 hours Monday and 1 hour Friday and walking in between) Snack lunch on Friday.

19...227 ( Armour 120 + 15+15 upon waking). No Florenif. Water aerobics 3xs weekly. Took med at 7 am yesterday, with pizza for lunch, swimming afterwards, snack and fish dinner. over 7,000 steps yesterday.

26....228 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking. No florenif. Water aerobics 4 xs this week. Increased steps on work days. Used collagen in my coffee each morning. No joint pain, more energy, but craving salt and dark chocolate at night, which maybe reason i gained. No collagen today and very tired.

February:

2....229 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking. Half tablet of Florenif after breakfast. No collagen in coffee this week. I was down to 226 on Monday. Florenif made me so hungry, I ate junk, etc.most of the week. Headache, stuffy nose and cough on Friday. Slept most of Friday night into Saturday.

9...229 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking. No Florenif or collagen. I was down to 227 earlier this week. Nasal congestion, cough, etc. Took Mucinex D a few times this week, craved salt and ate a lot of popcorn.

16...227 ( Armour 120 + 15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif or collagen. Clear nose. Low apnea. Sleeping 7-8 hours nightly. Gave up eating popcorn and sweets at night. Started lifting weights yesterday. I lose weight when I only eat snack for lunch.

23...227 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Florenif yesterday. Sleeping 7-8 hours but not falling asleep until wee hours. Tracking food and exercise. Stayed in calorie range. Terrible muscle cramps on Friday and only able to walk in pool. over 7,000 steps yesterday with egg/veggie breakfast, ribs and grapes for lunch, steak, potato, two veggies and blueberries for dinner.

March

2....227 I seem to be stuck at this weight. ( Armour 120 +15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif. Sleeping 6-8 hours. Not falling asleep til wee hours. Didn't track food this week. Sciatic and leg pain. Swimming and lifting weights. Waking and eating dinner late.

9..226...Don't know what I did to lose a pound, but happy, (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. Sleeping 7-8 hours. Took Aleve two days in a row, which eliminated swelling and pain. No tracking food, which I think leads to me eating less since My fitness pal isn't working properly. Took 12+15+15 mg of Armour upon waking today and 15 mg at 1 pm since couldn't stay awake after protein pancake breakfast.

16...226.....( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. No vitamins yesterday. Eating snack after swim instead of lunch. Not sleeping well. Waking and eating too late. Logging 7,000 or more steps 4 days a week. Going to try new eating pattern before gym workout.

23...227....(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking). No Florenif. No vitamins for two days. Eating snack for lunch after swimming. Waking and eating late meals and goodies at night. Little sleep several days in a row. Nasal congestion and cough. I need to get to bed earlier and knit instead of eating junk food at night.

30...227...Down from 229 beginning of week due to eating nuts. (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. No vitamins for two days since I left pill case home. Eating snack after swimming. Ate late dinner twice this week. Terrible sleep. Slept 10 days one day and little the next. Took Claritin and sleep little last night. Stressed over auto accident too.

April

6...227....(Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) 1/4 tablet Florenif Sun and Monday. None rest of week. NAC 500 mg supplement, multivitamin and D-3 daily. Eating three meals daily. No snacks. Ate dinner late. Started taking 400 mg of Mag before bedtime yesterday and slept well. Did 2 classes of water aerobics and weight lifting three days this week. Don't understand why scale hasn't decreased. :(

13...225...( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking) No Florenif. NAC 500 mg, multi and D-3. Three meals daily. 300-400 mg of magnesium before bed. Still eating dinner late and not sleeping well due to stress over auto accident. Took Claritin D yesterday and hardly slept last night. Water aerobics and weight lifting.

20...227 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) Florenif on Friday. NAC 600 mg, multi D-3. Three meals daily. 1300-500 mg before bed. Walking in pool. No weight lifting. Fell last Sat and fractured shoulder. Taking Advil during day and Norco at night and less activity probably caused weight gain.

27....227 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif. NAC 600 mg, multivitamin, D3 and magnesium. Three meals daily. Walking in pool. Wearing shoulder sling. Taking Advil or Tylenol during day and Norco at night. Pain med makes me hungry sometimes and I am snacking especially at night. Sleeping well. Shoulder pain high. Less exercise than I normally due bc of pain or fatigue from pain meds.

May

5...227...( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif. Nac 600 mg, multivitamin, D3 and magnesium. Three meals daily. Arthritis class and walking in pool. No weight lifting. Taking on one Norco at before bed. Advil or Tylenol during day if needed. I have been eating cookies at night which may be reason I haven't lost weight.

12...226 down from 231 on pain medication. ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif or Nac. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Three meals daily. Arthritis and walking in pool due to injury. No Norco, Advil, Tylenol or cookies. Sleep well and less.

18...225 down from 228 in doctor's office yesterday. Two hours in pool yesterday didn't relieve pain. ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3, magnesium daily. Three meals daily. Ate lunch before swim yesterday which may be reason I lost weight. Terrible shoulder/arm/leg pain all day yesterday. Took Norco after dinner. Terrible shoulder/arm pain today. Took Aleve and wearing brace has decreased pain.

25...226 ( Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Three meals daily. Eating lunch before pool exercise leads to less hunger and weight loss. I have been eating dinner late and staying up late. Still have terrible shoulder/arm pain. Take Advil when pain is unbearable. Going to try taking turmeric capsules that work like Advil without stomach problems.

June

1...226 (Armour 120+15+15 mg upon waking.) No Florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Jogging in pool three times weekly. No swimming or weight lifting due to shoulder injury. Three meals daily. Eating late dinner and constantly until bedtime. Falling asleep in weehours. Need to change eating and sleep habits. Taking turmeric daily and Advil when pain is high.

8....225 ( Armour 1`20+15+15 mg upon waking) No florenif and NAC. Multivitamin, D3 and magnesium daily. Water aerobics 3xs weely. No weight lifting due to shoulder injury. Ate large breakfast, snack lunch and light dinner. Over 5,000 steps. Swollen legs and couldn't stand/walk that night and next morning. 8 hours sleep, but don't fall asleep until wee hours. Using turmeric in food. No pain meds.
