Of course that counted! Remember you don't have to do all five at once. I break the exercises up quite often. It's all about getting up and doing something even just for a few minutes!

Ok so Saturday i didn't do either of the exercises... to be honest i thought they would be a little to hard on my tummy muscles... however i did shovel the driveway and the kids and i shoveled the entire back yard... it took us 2 and 1/2 hours and considering it was the wet heavy stuff was definitely a huge work out... however my tummy muscles still payed for it.. i have to learn that sometimes you really do need to take it easy on yourself... lol.. but it got done... so i'm not sure if i can say complete or not... specific assigned task not complete... 5 mins of exercise ... more then complete.. lol... i feel good about it anyway...

Sunday the youngest and i had lots of fun stretching out the muscles... we did lots of different stretches and "competed" against each other we had fun and streched for about 15-20 mins then played on the wii

sunday **** complete *****

Monday was not near computer did not get the task but still continued to get in 15 mins of exercise... challenged a girl at work and we did jumping jacks, running on the spot, stretches and an obstacle course (follow the leader thing at work). It was actually a lot of fun...

Monday task not complete but *** exercise complete ***

Feeling good and hope you are too!

Got them done.. the little one had more trouble with this one.. he got a few done then his feet cramped up so he did somemore wall push ups... but this one was an easier one for me... i saw in another post that it doesn't have to be done all at once.. i'll have to try to keep that in mind.. especialy for my son... good luck all and have fun!
